Every frame below is the same player loading the same config.json. Nothing is
re-exported per screen and no image is resized — the layout reflows and the type scales off the
shorter edge, which is why a booth TV, a portrait wayfinding panel, a letterbox strip on a vehicle
and an older 4:3 projector can all be fed from one edit.
The frames run independently, so they will drift out of step with each other within a few seconds. That is the iframes, not the player.
